Vegan Lemongrass Chicken



Vegan Lemongrass Chicken in 10 minutes. Made with @traderjoes #soyaki


Easy, fast, satisfying. So good to bite into these teriyaki lemongrass slices atop some warm pillowy soft rice 🍚. Heaven on earth.


Total Time: 10 minutes

Yields: 1-2 servings



INGREDIENTS:

•180g Plant chicken or 2 giant handfuls approx (I like the soy patty kind from the Asian market )

•Soyaki Sauce from Trader Joe’s - enough to coat the chicken + a little extra

•1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

•1 tbsp chopped lemongrass approx

•1/2 - 1 tbsp chopped garlic

•cooking oil

•fresh ginger if you have it


INSTRUCTIONS:

Fry the chicken over medium heat until desired crispness. Change to low heat. Add lemongrass, stir, add garlic. Add Soyaki and apple cider vinegar. Mix. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to soak up the flavors. Enjoy over rice! 😋🍚
